Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM, so we recommend arriving by 4:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Elliston Vineyards in Sunol, California. Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. We recommend bringing a light layer for the evening as temperatures may cool after sunset.

Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available. Elliston Vineyards has approximately 100 parking spaces available for guests. We recommend carpooling when possible. If you plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages during the celebration, we encourage using Uber or Lyft for a safe and convenient ride. Please note: To preserve the ceremony processional and recessional photography, no guest vehicles may park in the upper parking lot. Guests will be directed to the designated parking areas upon arrival.

The ceremony and reception areas are located on different levels of the property. Guests will walk along a slight incline and up a set of stairs to reach the reception area. If you or a member of your party has mobility concerns or difficulty with stairs, please let us know in advance. We will be happy to arrange assistance to ensure everyone is comfortable.
